Woah sekarang tengah midsem ye baru ada masa nak menulis di blog kita harini... ya allah semester ni sangat sangat sangatttlah hectic yaa... Saya rasa sem ni is the busiest semester i guess?? banyak kerja teroverdue dan sebagainya... ampun maaf dihulurkan ya Dr sebab lambat tulis blog kalini..
So harini saya nak recap apa yang Dr ajar pada hari khamis minggu ke lima harituuu..
Jujur dari hati, saya lagi prefer kelas fizikal dari online sebab input online ni tak semaksima fizikal.. ada banyak distraction, focus pun kejap ya kejap tidak... and its a wow sebab this separuh masa pertama baru dapat sekali je kelas fizikal dengan Dr untuk subjek FSM4505 nii... harap next separuh masa kedua fizikal insyaallah...
ok mari kita mulakan sesi pembelajaran pada hari ini
17th April 2025, Khamis
Jadinya hari ini, Dr decided to do the class online, sebab Dr tak berapa sihat... So, harini Aku hanya join kelas secara online di bilikku, and Alia juga meminta kebenaran untuk turut menumpang bilikku untuk join kelas, sebab bilik dia line sangatlah teruk ya... jadinya dia datang untuk meraih line ada meriah dibilikku hihi..
weh alamak kertas yang aku tulis nota tertinggal kat kolej and now I kat rumahhhhhhhhhh aduh macammana nak tulis input kelas haritu ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

Bismilah, saya tulis berdasarkan apa yang saya ingat la ya Dr,
So, sesi pagi kita bermula dengan kelas yang singkat... Sebelum Dr ajar kami mengenai topic 3 yang akan kami dive in, Dr recap balik apa yang kami dah belajar pada minggu lepas, and sambung sikit apa yang tak habis lagi minggu lepas which is topic 2,
Organizational Stratergy, Competetive Advantage and Information Systems
As last week Dr stop dekat Leapfrogging effect - Dr Fareed's Theory , Dr sambung sikit apa yang belum dicover dalam chapter 2 which are ;
Business Pressures.. business pressures ni dibahagi kan kepada 3 which are
- Market pressures
- Technology pressures
- Societal / Political / Legal Pressures
Dr mentioned that the pressures are increasing nowadays since Customers are become more Powerful
- Customers can got information just from their fingertips
- They can make comparison (contohnya kasut ni kalau beli kat kedai ni berapa ringgit, kalau beli kat kedai from Mainland China ni berapa ringgit)
- They have too many choices to choose from so this will increase the Market pressure even intensely
Selain itu, Dr juga menekankan about Digital Divide
So apakah itu Digital Divide??
Digital Divide adalah dimana awareness untuk digitalization ni tak meluas lagi.. maksudnya, Dr cakap kalau kita nak claim yang negara kita ni dah menuju kearah digitalization, So the awareness of digitalization should be equal dimana mana... bukan kat KL je semua kearah digitalization sedangkan yang duduk di Kampung bagaikan katak dibawah tempurung bila bab digitalization ni..
Nexttt, Dr juga highlight about the Porter's competetive forces model.. kalau Dr tak terangkan ni memang takkan faham la kami ya hehe.. sebab model dia nampak menakutkan..

Ok mari kita share apa yang dr terangkan sebenarnya??
- 1st environments : Threat of new entrants..
- If entry is easy, the threats will be higher..
- Anybody can enter the business, so there are significant contributions.
- 2nd environments : Buyers power (bargaining power of buyers)
- The buyer power will be high if the buyer has low choices, but the buyer power will be low if buyers got so many choices,
- Dr mentioned that nowadays we have too many suppliers.
- Contohnya, if kita nak jual perfume, kita mesti akan cari supplier untuk perfume bottle kan? and there are many choices to choose from. So here, the supplier punya power will be low, because it do not monopolize the perfume bottle market sebab ada banyak sangat sangat supplier bottle, but the bargaining power of the customer will be high..
- 3rd environments : Threat of subtitute products or services
- Customer power will be high if there are many barang and subtitutes to choose from
- Bila there are too many suppliers, the harga from the supplier will be drop
- There are many alternatives, the threats will be high, and vice versa
- 4th environments: Supplier power (bargaining power of suppliers)
- 5th environments : Rivalry
Besides, Dr also bagi contoh about market artline vs ninso marker
walaupun market artline tu dah lama sangat bertapak dalam market, but still dia ada threat dia tersendiri.. so, semakin banyak subtitute untuk marker artline tu, semakin tinggi la threats dia..
Dr juga bagi contoh tentang KFC and ayam goreng biasa..
Makin banyak subtitutes untuk ayam goreng products in the market, semakin higher the threats for KFC tersebut..
nowadays, semuaa orang nak menjual nasi lemak.. so the competition will be very very intense..
how to lead the market?
- Kena guna IT to gain the competetive advantages
- In terms of promotes your products to gain online marketing
Selain itu, Dr pun sentuh tentang Porter's value chain model
- tapi... maaf Dr, yang ni saya tak faham sangat and tak tau nak tulis apa sebab dr terangkan macam laju sangat huhu semoga tak masuk exam aamin..
- dia ada supporting activities and primary activities..

Dr pun nak masuk chapter 3, which is topic Information systems within the organization
But Dr baru je nak sentuh the chapter, suddenly Dr asked us untuk baca the case study regarding The Osaka Flower Cafe and dismissed the morning class...
Chapter 3 Dr sentuh sikitt je, which are every organization ada different level contohnya CEO, Executives, Middle Management and Employees.
Every different levels need different information system.
antara semua level, Employees lah yang paling crucial and penting dalam mengisi data, sebab once dia salah isi data, akan dibawa yang salah tu sampai lah kelevel atasan..
ok so, class dismissed, kita sambung amali petang nanti...

Fuh now Alia and I masih lagi di Sri Serdang sambil mengunyah ayam gepuk, and it's already 3.30... So we are rushed naik motor and dengar class sambil membawa motor dijalan...
So, di awal amali, Dr terus tanya kami tentang apa yang kami faham tentang Osaka Flower Cafe tu, yess I have baca the case study sampai habis but tak berani nak jawab so saya diam je dan serahkan kepada yang lain...
Afiq memulakan bicara and bagitau Dr and kawan kawan tentang apa the case study is about, and lepas tu Dr suruh sorang sorang sambung and bagitau apa yg semua faham tentang the paraghraphs demi paraghraph.. sehingga lah kehabis... ok so lepas dah settle sesi Osaka Flower Cafe tadi, Dr pun terangkan sedikit sebanyak mengenai apa dia the case study about, and finally Dr asked us untuk siapkan SCL 3 which is the FILA table for the case study tersebut...
Dr give us time beberapa minit, dalam 20 minit macamtu, work in CIPUPM group and buat FILA table tu sampai settle...

Okay, setelah itu, kita masuk ke topic seterusnya which are the CIPUPM updates for each group... Dr asked us every group on what are the progress...
So, for my group - eatoeats.co, kami punya group is the third group,
and here is our updates yang kami tell Dr
- Kami dah whatsapp all the cafes... tapi tiada respons. Dr asked us to follow up with them, hantar emel dan sebagainya
ok tu je rasanya updates kitorang, weh kelakar sebab aku dengan alia nak cakap sama sama and bila bukak mic, kitorang tak tau nak cakap apa and Dr cakap jangan tarik rambut HAHHAHAHAA kelakar la..
So, lepas sesi update with Dr, Dr bagitau sedikit sebanyak on how to approach them, Dr jugak sertakan Emel yang Dr dah sediakan which is in Malay and English.. and Dr suruh kitorang upload the first approach screenshot mcmtu...
Nexttt, Dr ajar kitorang tentang Wix website.. Dr ajar how to create the website, apa semuaa.. weh time ni dah drain ya sebab rasa harini bnyak sangat input nya... Ada lagi rasa yang aku tak tulis, tapi takpela yaa kira halal tauu mana yang saya terlupa nak include...
