Week 7 : Kelas Ganti Dua Malam Berturut-turut

Untuk minggu inii, kami masih online ye gaiss omg... sangat mahall yaa nak ada kelas fizikal dengan Dr kita nii hahaha TT ... So, kenapa harini online (Lagi?) , sebabb kelas kita hari khamis, and khamis minggu ni jatuh pada 1 Mei 2025... Ha? Dah Mei gaisss!! Rasa macam baru semalam tauu Januari yang panjang tu, tau tau dah Mei..!? fuhhh....
Disebabkan kelas khamis ni takde sebab Labour Day, so Dr decided untuk gabung both kelas khamis and jumaat secara online and kami kena pilih la tarikh nak menggantinya.. so, sebulat suara kelas memilih tarikh 29 and 30 April sebagai tarikh kelas gantii... ok marilah kita mulaaa...
Perghhh hariniii sumpahhh penattt gilaaa! Penat sebab apa eh? entahla saya dah lupaa.. yang saya ingat, saya take a nap dalam pukul 5.30 petang macamtu, suddenly bangun bangun dh pukul 8...! yeee, kelas pukul 8 malam gaiss.. sayaa tidur kat bilik alia, bersama alia laa kan... andd anis datang bilik kami andd kejut kitorangg sebab kelas dah mula and anis want to berkelas bersama sama dengan kitorang..
Kelam kabut woo, dengan tak solat maghrib lagi nya, dengan bilik Alia takde line nyaa, and kami masuk kelas guna laptop anis dulu, and tau tau Dr Fareed tengah ambik attendance, sebut nama sorang sorang.. Nama aku pulak dah nombor 2 dari the whole list, memang dah tertinggal lah ceritanya... nasib baik Dr rotate balik sebut nama atas balik and Aku dan Anis disebut lah... Aku dengan suara serak baru bangun tidurnya AHAHAHHA...
Ok lepastu, aku letak my phone yang sedang record suara kat tepi laptop anis, and lari pergi solat maghrib kejap....

So, harini Dr ajar kami tentang topic 5, which is E-Marketing and E-business...

Topic nii very interesting for me yeee... sebabb yes I ni one of E-Marketing punya people tauuu... so bila Dr ajar tuu rasa relatable sangat andd rasa bangga dengan diri sendiri (Lahh tiber sangat) HAHAHAHA... Alhamdulillah dapat buat pocket moneyy jugakk bilaa jadi part of e-marketing person... Paid review? Gift review? Commisions? Free samples? alhamdulillah dah pernah merasa semua tuu...
Jadi, nah la saya bagi sikit nota apa yang Dr share dalam kelas haritu yaaa
Dr cerita tentang privacy, suatu ketika dahulu, Dr pernah buat kelas online guna zoom... Imagine, Dr tengah cakap and bagi lecture, tiba tibe ada org masuk.. it has been happen dalam zoom, ttibe ada muka orang lain.. civilians.. orang awam.. Dr terkedu, dia terkedu.. tu pasal Dr tak minat sangat pakai Zoom sampai sekarang..
Rupanya zoom tgah check kita buat apa…
Besides that, masih lagi about privacy… masa dr masih belajar di Australia dulu, Dr cakap google maps ni also invade our privacy.. Hampeen Rd tempat Dr duduk dulu di australia, sebelah tu ada Tiamo cafe, google maps ni very tak privacy sbb kita can see everything just through the maps...
1 more privacy problem in google, is there are google timeline, u can know everything where someone is going apa semua .. if we guna for good purpose is fine, but if nak check boyfriend gi mana smalam? Tu tak elok… Dr taknak cerita lebih lebih..
Selain itu apa lagi ehh dr ceritaa??

E- electronic marketing, semua yang initial dia ada e e e tu maksud dia electronic.. contoh ;

Next, Dr ajarr tentang
Kotak dimensions of electronic commerce
- Kotak depan, if produk fizikal, delivery agent will be fizikal, process will be fizikal, so it is a very traditional commerce - brick end mortar
- Physical product, digital agent, delivery method fizikal, it will be partially physical - it will be colleague and mortar
- All produk digital, transaction digital, delivery digital - fully digital e commerce (pure) - virtual organization
Dr mentioned that, makanan near impossible to be fully digital e-commerce.. sebab kita kena makan… minum need that deria rasa…
Biasanya kalau virtual, it is usually entertaiment.. di jepun, pelik sikit.. hatsune niku.. anime punya konsert? Virtual .. penyanyi hologram.. pelik.. cringe do bagi diri saya.. huhu.. sebab ramai ramai bersorak demi pentas kosong yang ada cahaya hologram je punnn??
Pensyarah hologram, student pun akan jadi hologram hahahaha..

Budaya mobile : time changers yg berlaku dlam marketing..
Word of mouth : membawang, tapi menggunakan internet.. benda yg orang cakap tapi use it to market or convince people to buy or not buy the product
Viral marketing : based on how u.. gerilla marketing (dulu dikenali sbagai ni before viral marketing)
Gerilla fighting, keep on shooting , gunakan sniper, it become viral, duplication berlaku secara banyak.. awareness meningkat
E-Wom : gosipping, membawang, netizens mcmtu.. about social media,
Social media is when u do socialization.. u melakukan this kind of socialization in internet, with different 2 platform..
U have to bear in mind, capture in mind, niche for instance
- Instagram : picture , place
- Tiktok : short videos
Based on different niche of group, categorization.. have different preferences..
U have to deliver marketing purposes, have to do stratergies
- Facebook: umur tua tua, berusia... Not into fast changing movement (macam tiktok)
If dia nak sell product, geng facebook kena penetrate into youngster market la sebab nak target ramai..
Across the jantina, u have to stratergize correctly..
What u want out of strategy, someone want increase awareness.. first intention of online marketing.. secondly, to lead the market.. u want to have conversion.. convert from just aware to real customers.. 2 diff stratergy u need to use…
Nak convert kena banyakkan beg kuning, kena ada org ramai nak guna, element klik and buy..
U have to set your target, know your audience, know your brand.. cannot simply enter without knowing ur brand.. know what competitors are doing.. u cannot simply masuk and redha.. have to attract, convert, make them happy..
Many types of online marketing.. one is email marketing.. in many cases, u need to start with emel marketing.. mcm u guys do with cip upm..
Bear in mind, cannot say online marketing - social media.. it just platform to promote product

- Dah dapat finalized client, in the same day of class minggu lepas which is hari jumaat minggu lepas
- Kami bagitau Dr on how we approached the client, which is through DM tiktok, alia DM-ed them because they seemed very active on tiktok tapi tak banyak follower and tak viral lagi
- Kami told Dr that kedai tu nama dia the 28 sebab dia punya location rumah tu number 28
- Kedai ni dibina sempena owner tu nak meriahkan balik rumah pusaka peninggalan ibu bapanya macam dulu dulu, so dia bina cafe kat rumah pusaka tu...
Okay nextt, Dr checked on our Google calendar updates pulakk..

- Unfortunately, group kami adalah satu satunya group yang tak hantar dekat putrablast, sebab actually kitorang tak tau nak buat apa.. tak sngka Dr nak check dalam kelas
- Dr tanya, siapa yang tak hantar lagi ni.. and I mengaku je weh sebab tak sopan biar dr tergantung macamtu.. maafkan kami Dr...
Nextt, Dr give us a google doc link, Dr suruh kami bagi possible interview question nak bagi kepada client kita nanti... Dalam link tu, dr cakap, first come first serve, soalan each group tak boleh sama...
